BONUS COOKING
It's always a good idea, when cooking boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, to prepare a little more meat than the recipe calls for. Some cold, cooked Chicken in the refrigerator or freezer is like GOLD!
You can defrost it, if necessary, and you have the basis of dozens of quick meals.
Cut in strips and toss with greens and you have a Chicken Salad. For another fast Chicken Salad, cube meat, chop Celery and toss with Mayonaise.
If you have leftover rice and a can of Bean Sprouts, you're well on your way to Chicken Fried Rice. Make a Cream Sauce and you can serve Chicken over Noodles, Biscuits, Crepes or in Pot Pies.
