STEAMED SPAGHETTI SQUASH

STEAMED SPAGHETTI SQUASH      (A Crockery-pot recipe)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp Peppercorns
  • 1 Spaghetti Squash (about 3 lbs.)
  • Spaghetti Sauce (Ready-made or Home-made)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
Place Water and Peppercorns in crockery pot.  Using a sturdy 2-pronged fork or paring knife
pierce the Squash in several places.  Place it in the crockery-pot.  Cover an cook on LOW
7 to 9 hours until squash is tender.  Split Squash Lengthwise and using a fork, scrape out the
inside in strands.  Serve with Marinara or other spaghetti sauce and Parmesan, if desired.
Serves 4.
