How to Bake Homemade Muffins

Muffins are easy to make, can be flavored with most any fruit and are delicious and healthy for you. Most muffins contain a fiber ingredient that enhances their healthy aspect. Muffins can be eaten for almost any occasion. Breakfast, dinner, and even desert can be filled in with these easy treats.
Muffins can usually be made quite quickly and are perfect to bake in bulk. If you want warm, just out of the oven muffins then make the batter in bulk and refrigerate what batter you don't need. When you wan't more muffins all you have to do is put them into the oven!
One great recipe for muffins uses raisin bran cereal and tastes great. The recipe is as follows: one 15 ounce box of Raisin Bran cereal, 3 cups of sugar, 5 cups of flour, 5 teaspoons of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of salt, 4 beaten eggs, 1 cup of melted margarine, and 1 quart of buttermilk. First you mix the raisin bran, sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
