CARROT CAKE

This no-fat recipe is as healthy as it is delicious.
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Doda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 6 Egg Whites
  • Zest and juice of 1 Orange
  • 3 cups shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray Bundt or tub pan with non-stick spray. In a medium
bowl combinf Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon & Salt.  In large bowl
beat together Applesauce, Sugars, Egg Whites, Orange Zest & Juice.  Blend in Flour
mixture, beating just until smooth.  Stir in Carrots and Raisins.  Turn into prepared pan.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
